These terms of service govern your use of the Nebari marketplace platform. By accessing or using Nebari, you agree to be bound by these terms. Nebari is South Africa's first dedicated online marketplace connecting collectors, growers, and enthusiasts of miniature trees.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile details current.
Listings and Transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, species identification, and pricing. Buyers should verify specimen details before completing a transaction. Nebari serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers but does not take ownership of listed items or guarantee the condition of specimens. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly.
Community Guidelines
Users must treat each other with respect in all interactions, including forum posts, messages, and reviews. Harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation will result in account suspension. The forum and community features are designed to foster knowledge sharing about horticulture, care techniques, and South African plant species. Commercial spam or unrelated promotions are not permitted.
Intellectual Property
Content you post on Nebari, including photographs and descriptions, remains your property. By posting, you grant Nebari a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. You may not copy or reproduce other users' content without their permission.
